“A Journey That Began Not With a Business Plan, But With Necessity.”
Born and raised in Dhaka, Hafsa completed both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Finance and Banking. She had never dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur. In fact, she had always preferred the idea of staying at home and raising her child rather than pursuing a career or running a business.
However, circumstances changed. When she found herself with no other viable option to support her family and meet her child’s needs, she decided to take a chance on herself. In 2021, she used just BDT 10,000, saved from her own work, as her initial capital to start a small jewelry business.
Hafsa had always loved dressing up and wearing jewelry since childhood. Although she had never considered turning that passion into a business, she realized that jewelry was the area she understood best. With limited capital and no formal experience in entrepreneurship, she opened a Facebook page and made her first post announcing that she would start selling jewelry.
Her journey was far from easy. The biggest challenge from the beginning was securing enough working capital, a challenge she continues to face even today. Despite the difficulties, Hafsa gradually built the business by understanding what her customers wanted and creating jewelry around those needs.
She is the CEO and main Founder of the company.
